Should I tip my pet sitter/dog walker?
What happens if there is bad weather?
For extreme weather we will shorten dog walks to a potty break and indoor playtime.
For summer, if temps reach “feels like” 90
For winter, it temps reach 32 we start to adjust based on dog age/breed
What is your cancellation policy?
All Daily Visits: Less than 24 hours notice – charged in full
For major holidays and peak travel times less than 7 days notice your 50% deposit is non-refundable.
Dog walks are pre-paid so cancellations will become credit on your account towards future invoices.
Please note: a request to reschedule any Service is deemed a cancellation and a new service request. As a result, the above cancellation policy shall apply.
The cancellation policy may be waived in certain circumstances and at Perna’s Pet Care sole discretion.
